当前,我国粮食烘干机(烘干塔)市场处于发育期,由于社会保有量很低,各级政府补贴扶持力度持续加大,因而市场空间巨大,市场发展速度惊人。 目前,烘干机用户多是粮食粗加工企业、种粮大户、农业合作社等农村经济合作组织。购买资金也多来自于各级政府财政补贴和政府项目,用户自筹资金只占一少部分,甚至政府支持力度大的个别地区,用户购机几乎不用出钱。由于这些非市场化因素的存在,加上缺少政府与行业部门的有效监管,目前我国烘干机市场可谓鱼龙混杂、乱象丛生。除进入市场较早的“三久”“一鸣”等民族品牌以及“金子”“山本”等进口品牌一直坚持高端高价,发展相对稳定外,后来蜂拥而入的多数品牌大多选择低端低价战略,使得烘干机市场竞争白热化和复杂化。个别投机型厂商不惜“赔本赚吆喝”,甚至故弄玄虚、炒作概念,误导消费者。笔者结合一些市场乱象谈些个人见解,以期帮助广大用户走出误区。 一、烘干时间过短未必就是高效 水稻等粮食作物干燥是一个非常复杂的量变过程,这是由谷物自身特性所决定的。专业技术人员所绘出的谷物水分蒸发过程所耗费时间的曲线几乎与抛物线吻合。通俗地说,当谷物自身水分高达20%—30%时,平均每小时可下降1—2个百分点甚至更多的水分;当谷物自身水分下降至15%—20%时,平均每小时下降水分可能会在0.3%—1%之间;当谷物自身的水分在15%以下时,每个小时水分的蒸发量可能会更低。 正规的烘干机厂家为保证烘干谷物的质量,通过电子信息技术控制热量来实现烘干机能够按照上述抛物线渐次下降运行。如果一味追求烘干时间(俗称“降水率”),则烘出来的粮食品质势必会大大下降,不仅爆腰率、碎米率高,而且色泽浑浊,品相和营养价值也会受到影响。 二、使用成本未必取决于机器本身 使用成本更多取决于燃料成本,循环式烘干机的工作原理就是将热能转换成热风,然后再通过热风循环达到蒸发谷物水分的目的。 市场上常见的循环式烘干机基本上都可以与燃烧油料、天然气、电、煤炭以及各种生物质的燃烧器相匹配,其使用成本更多地取决于所选择的燃料,而非烘干机本身。即便是不同产品因自身结构设计、精密程度等原因而有所差异的话,其差异也微乎其微。用户在选择购买时,一定要多关注整机产品的设计结构和生产工艺等,切不可被个别无良厂商“忽悠”。 三、国产品牌未必都不如舶来品 由于我国基础工业起步较晚,在机械产品整体性能上与国外品牌还有一定差距,但也并非样样都落后。 在谷物类烘干机行业,“金子”“山本”等日本品牌在水分仪、电控箱等部件上表现的确更加稳定,但“三久”“一鸣”等民族品牌在用料、做工上也毫不逊色,例如“一鸣”系列烘干机产品,一改业界传统的搅龙式送粮方式,全球首创输送带送粮结构,不仅破解了谷物烘干过程中粮食破损率高的难题,而且凭借此项专利技术,给用户带来不小的实惠。按破损率降低两个百分点算,每台10吨烘干机每天烘干一仓粮食,即可减少损耗200公斤(价值大约500元)。 四、一味的低价位不等于高性价比 笔者曾对业内一些企业做过调研:平均每生产销售一台10吨烘干机,材料、设备购置成本4.8万—5.2万元,财务成本2500—3000元,税收2500—3000元,生产制造成本6000元,销售推广费用每台约5000元,售后三包费用约5000元,这些直接费用约6.9万—7.4万元。若再计算厂房、设备的折旧费摊销及合理利润等项目,即使不考虑研发费用,出厂价至少8万—9万元。可是,市场上一些产品的终端售价却远远低于这个价格,令人费解。依笔者分析,不是偷工减料,就是原本就打算放弃对用户的服务承诺。对于厂家来说,这两条道路都是不归之路。
